Why You Shouldn’t Eat Mcdonalds?

There are several reason not to eat at McDonald’s. Depending on what you order, the fat content is high along with the sodium and calorie content. A ham, egg and cheese bagel for breakfast is 550 calories. Add a quarter pounder with cheese for lunch and you have another 530 calories. Let’s not forget the fries which are 540 calories. That’s just breakfast and lunch and we’re already up to 1620. Throw in a regular soda with that and we have even more calories.
