Why do I Gain Weight When I Exercise?

The big reason for gaining weight while exercising regularly is because of the muscle growth. I find it is helpful to not weigh yourself regularly but instead try measuring your body and go by that to see how effective your exercise routine is. You will see yourself loosing inches in your waist,arms etc and yet the scale may read the same for a while or even go up. Try to focus on your appearance and how you feel rather then a number.
