First thing to look at is the amount of sleep your getting, it may be too much or not enough. You can try going to sleep a little earlier or a little later. Stress can be another factor in being tired. Lifestyle, not eating a well balanced diet and not getting enough exercise can also cause the feeling of being tired. If you don’t feel one of these can be an issue for you, talk with your doctor to make sure a medical condition may not be the cause of being tired.
