Who Created the Liberty Bell?

The Liberty Bell was created by the Whitechapel Foundry in London, England. The Pass and Stow foundry of Philadelphia tried to fix the crack by recasting the bell. The fix was was not good for the bell’s sound and another bell was ordered from the Whitechapel Foundry. It was no better in tone than the first bell, so it is the bell we now call the Liberty Bell.
