Who Baptized Jesus?

Saint John the Baptist baptized Jesus, who was his cousin. John’s mother, Elizabeth, was the cousin of Mary, Jesus’ mother. Elizabeth was the one who said the famous words, ‘Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus’. She said this while both she and Mary were pregnant, and Mary came to visit her. The unborn John had leapt in his mother’s womb, sensing he was near his savior.
