When was Phosphorus Discovered?

Phosphorus was discovered in in 1669 by a German named Henning Brandt. This may sound crazy but he was looking for something in his own urine and found a glowing material that was white. Maybe he should have called it ‘peepeerus’. I don’t know about you, but I would be freaking it I found something something glowing in any of my bodily fluids. To find more information click here:
