What was the First Church?

Contrary to popular belief, the very first ‘church’ establishment in terms of monotheism (or the worship of a single god) was not the Roman Catholic church. The very first monothestic religion was called Zoroastrianism. This relgion is actully the basis for modern day Christianity. We derived the virgin birth from this religion. We derived the idea of our heaven and hell from Zoroastrianism, as well as the idea of good versus evil in terms of the devil and god.
