You have alot of choices in the way to cook lobster including steaming, boiling, grilling and saute. My personal favorite is steaming. Just fill a pot that will hold your lobster with one inch of water and bring it to a boil. Drop in a steamer rack. When the water is boiling add the lobster and cover. It will be ready in just 8 minutes. Best served with drawn butter. This is the most tender option. Grilling has a nice flavor as well but can make the lobster a little tough. Don’t over cook the lobster no matter how you cook it.
