The absolute best way to cook beef ribs is nice and slow. Beef ribs are a lot tougher than prok ribs. Put your ribs in a pot of water on the stove and add about 1 cup of white viniger. Boil them on medium heat until they are tender and falling off the bone. Your water will boil down so you will have to add more water and more viniger. This should take about 2 to 3 hours or longer depending on how many ribs you have. When they are done, drain them and put them in a pan, cover with BBQ sauce and cover with foil. Put in the oven and bake for about one hour. They will melt in your mouth.
