What is the Atkin Diet?

The Atkin diet is a low carbohydrate diet that allows you to eat some fatty foods as well. You don’t eat any carbs on this diet. No white breads, no pastas, no sugar, no sweets. You eat a great deal of protein in the form of lean meats and fish. You can eat a limited amount of veggies too. Many people have been very successful on this diet.
