Sleep deprivation is when someone either chooses not to sleep, or they cannot get to sleep like insomniacs. Sleep deprivation can be very dangerous for a number of reasons. Not sleeping can cause people to have accidents, cause accidents and not function properly. After you haven’t slept for a few days then your body starts to shut down, you stop being able to function and you become forgetful, moody and there is a rise in your patience and temper. Depriving your body of sleep is both dangerous and may lead to long term problems.
