What is Rational Numbers?

Rational numbers are number that can be expressed in a ratio form or as a fraction. For example, 1/2 is a rational number. Likewise, the integer 10, which can be expressed as 10/1, is also a rational number. Since a fraction can be expressed as a decimal, they are also rational numbers.
