What is Physical Fitness?

Physical fitness is a term used to represent the state of fitness of the body to be able to carry out everyday activities, handle emergency situations, and to be free from illness/disease. There are many components that must be considerd to determine the level of your physical fitness which includes the health of your heart (cardiovascular), body composition (fat content vs muscle content), muscular strength, and actual muscular endurance. The appropriate level of physical fitness is of course to determine your maximum level based on your age, sex, body build, and physiology.
