What is Pascal Law?

Pascals law is a law of physics. It was discovered by Blaise Pascal, a french mathematician. Basically it it means that fluid that is in a container or confined space will expand into every possible space if it is put under pressure. An example of this would be if you were to squeeze a balloon that is filled with liquid soap. The soap will stretch the balloon any way that is possible in order to spread into the allowable space.You can find more information here:
