What is Htm?

HTM is the shorten version of HTML. One of the reasons HTM was born was during the early years of windows which only allowed three characters in the suffix and eight characters before. Example: bobbyran.htm. The problem when you uploaded a file with a 4 character suffix (.html) it would be moved to a three character server and then links would not work. By the way HTML is short for Hyper Text Mark-up Language.
