What is Gyro Meat?

A gyro is a type of Greek dish that is made with tomatoes, meat, onion, and tzatziki sauce which is traditionally served on pita bread. There is no specific gyro meat it can be made with chicken, beef, or lamb, or pork. In Greece it is typically made with the pork ingredient, but in the United States it is made with processed ground meat. For more information, look here:
