Good literature is any literature that a person enjoys reading. Typically, this phrase refers to the literature which people with English degrees, award-winning writers, and assorted literati hold in high esteem. Good literature is literature that is well-written and able to stand the test of time, having universal appeal and essential human truths. ‘For Whom the Bell Tolls’ is considered good literature, while ‘Twilight’ is not.
