What is Cpap?

CPAP or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, is currently the treatment for sleep apnea. It’s a mask that is fitted for your face to help you breath while you are sleeping. Although it’s pretty unflattering, people that are using the machines properly and consistently say they wake up in the morning feeling better than they have in years.
