What is Cajun Food?

Cajun food comes from Acadia in Canada. It is cooked everywhere, but is dominate in the state of Louisiana. It is called a rustic cuisine; with aromatic vegetable almost always used like green peppers, celery, and onions. It will normally consist of meat, a grain, and vegetables.
