What is Altruism?

Alturism is typically defnied as a selfless concern for the greater good and their welfare as a whole. It is a highly traditional value and principle followed within the religions of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Christianity. Alturism can also be defined as a primary cause behind several of the world’s biggest movements involving humanity. Several famous alturists are Mother Theresa, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, and Gandhi.
