For the most part, you would only need to avoid certain foods if there is a high risk of food allergies in your family, or if your baby has colic. If allergies are found in your family, then you’d want to try to stay away from nuts, fish, and eggs. If your baby has colic, then the list would be a bit longer. Fruits that are found to be citrusy, beans, broccoli, caffiene, shellfish, and anything spicy. These foods can make the colic a bit worse.
