What Foods are Good for Diarrhea?

If you are looking to combat diarrhea, a bland diet is best. Avoid spicy foods, alcohol and drinks like coffee. The B.R.A.T. diet is sometimes suggested for relief (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast). Yogurt with probiotics may help after a few days too. Make sure you keep your fluids up though to avoid dehydration.
