What does Caffeine do to the Body?

Caffeine does many things to the body most are negative. If you consume caffeine excessively it can cause weight gain, high blood pressure, and insomnia just to name a few negative effects caffeine has on the body. While and occasional caffeinated beverage is probably OK, you should try and not to consume it excessively it is addictive and you can go through withdrawals once you try to quit drinking caffeine.
