What Crimes are Punishable By Death?

In the United States of America, there are several crimes that are punishable by death. Those crimes are crimes such as: muder that is committed during a drive-by shooting, murder committed at an airport that is serving international action, retalitory murder concerning family members and law enforcement officers, civil rights offenses that result in death, the murder of a member of congress, the murder of a member of the executive office, the murder of a supreme court justice, espionage, murder committed in a government facility and many, many others.
