What Color is Beryllium?

Beryllium is an element that is most commonly used in aerospace manufacturing. In other forms it is often found in emeralds and aquamarines, both are considered precious stones. As a woman, it seems far more important to make beautiful baubles than noisy airplanes, but then again, I do wish to safely visit my Great Aunt Pat. The color of this mineral is a steelish gray.
