What Causes Poverty?

Poverty is actually caused by a wide variety of factors. One could blame current world conditions for poverty. Such current world conditions that cause poverty is war. War is expensive and costly to maintain for long periods of time. The general cost of living and its increases also cause poverty if one can not keep up with the current costs of living. Another cause of poverty could be market-related. Someone could have possibly invested a great deal of money or funds into the markets and lost it all and are now poor. A failed business could also lead to poverty as well as natural disasters and other similar conditions.
