You can also use it to make deserts such as New York style cheese cake. An easy desert is a low carb strawberry creme. You will need 15 oz ricotta cheese, 2 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup strawberries thawed and drained, and 1 packet artificial sweetner. With a mixer blend the cream cheese, stawberries and sweetner for a minute on medium speed. Then add the ricotta cheese and mix one more minute until blended together. Chill for an hour.
