What are the Symptoms of Thrush?

Thrush is a type of candida fungus which is yeast. This fungus is not just limited to the mouth. It can cause diaper rash and yeast infections.Everybody has a small amount of candida in there mouth and digestive tract. Disturbances such as stress or certain medications can cause candida to go out of control. Thrush is found in the mouth and begins slowly. You will start to notice a white creamy pasty lesions on your tongue or other areas in your mouth. They might be painful or bleed when you try to scrape them off. Usually thrush will contain itself to the mouth but in severe cases it can spread to the esophagus and breathing tube causing difficulty swallowing and/or fever.
