What are Lipids Made of?

Lipids are a broad range of naturally occuring molecules. These molecules include fats, sterols, fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K), phospholipids and are made of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and carbon atoms arranged in different orders. You won’t find any lipids hanging out at the local pool, lipids are insoluble in water and are known as ‘hydrophobic’!
