If you should lose weight will depend if you are considered over weight. You can get an idea if you are overweight by figuring your BMI or body mass index. To figure what your BMI is divide you weight in pounds by your height in inches. Your answer to be considered normal weight should be between 18.5 and 24.9, anything under 18.5 is considered under weight, if you are 25 to 29.9 then you are overweight and may need to lose a little weight, if you are above 30 then you will be considered obese and should probably lose some weight.
