My grandmother has this book that tells different things that vinegar is good for. And you wouldn’t believe all the things that it helps. I actually use it myself to get rid of hiccups. Works great if you can stomach the taste of it. In large amounts I’m sure it could do some damage because it’s so acidic, but in small amounts, yes, it’s good for your system. I hope this helps.
