Green tea in its natural state is exceptionally good for your body. It has the most antioxidants, the ability to keep free radicals from destroying your body, causing cancers and other illnesses; however, many green tea drinks have so much sugar until they are no longer healthy. If you drink green tea, you should brew it yourself, and if possible, drink it straight. In the United States we are accustomed to sugary, artificially flavored food and drink. If the taste of the natural tea is not appealing to you, then perhaps a teaspoon of honey and a dash of lemon juice will make it taste more palatable.
