Yes it is! Cinnamon is actually very good for you. In fact if you have high cholesterol, a 1/2 teaspoon a day can lower LDL cholesterol. It’s also very helpful for people with Type 2 diabetes. And it’s such a simple ingredient to add to different foods so that you’re getting it’s benefits it has to offer, while making your food taste better at the same time. I use it quite a bit when I’m making breakfast, putting it on french toast or pancakes, or even in oatmeal. My little boy just loves it!
