How to Write a Project Plan?

To write your project plan: 1. Decide how extensive or detailed it is going to be. If it is a simple plan, you may want to use MS Word, however, for a more detailed plan, you may want to create using a project plan software like MS Project. 2. Determine the objective of the project and who will be the players involved. 3. Break the project down into phases and sub-categories. 4. Under each phase, specify the tasks involved, as well as assigning responsible parties and the time frame involved. 5. Specify resources for each task, as well as dependencies between tasks. 6.
