How to Use a Sauna?

To use a sauna properly, first you want to make sure you shower and remove any body products, like lotion that may be lingering. Next, enter the sauna, the best way is naked. You only want to go about 20 minutes, but you will need to slowly work yourself up to that time. Rest outside of the sauna then shower again.
