When in doubt, it’s always best to restart. When restarting doesn’t work, diagnose what is actually wrong with the computer. If you’re having problems with sound, make sure your speakers are correctly plugged in and you’ve not set them to mute on the desktop and they’re powered on. If you’re not getting Internet, check your connects and, if you have a router, make sure all your indicator lights are correctly lit. If you still have problems, call your ISP. Always figure out what exactly your problem is first and then think about it is that whatever it is you’re using needs to operate. Sometimes you could simply be out of battery power for your wireless mouse or keyboard if they aren’t responding.
