How to Train for a 10k?

Running a 10k is running a little over 6 miles. That’s a lot! To train for this, you really need to build up muscle mass in your legs and you also need to build up endurance. Start by running a couple of miles every day until you get up to 6 miles. Eat a lot of protein to build up muscle, and drink a lot of water! If you don’t think you’re quite ready for a 10k (which is completely okay, and practical) then maybe you should start out running a 5k. Either way, these are great goals to have in order to get in shape, so good luck! To find more information click here:
