How to Take Your Blood Pressure?

Taking blood pressures are actually quite easy. Take the blood pressure cuff with the arrow side up and place it on the arm, just above the bend in the elbow. Now take your stethoscope and place it in the crease of your elbow on the front side of your arm. Start pumping the cuff up until you no longer hear the beating. Slowly start letting the air out of the cuff. When you start to hear the beating again that is the top number in your blood pressure, continue letting the air out until the beating stops. Once you don’t hear the beating that will be your bottom number. Normal blood pressure is considered 120/80
