How to Steam Milk?

To steam milk you will need the following: a stainless steel pitcher, skim milk, a frothing thermometer, and a steam wand. You will want the pitcher and the skim milk as cold as possible without freezing. Next, attach the thermometer to the pitcher. The ideal temperature of the milk should be between 145 and 170 degrees. Fill the pitcher 1/2 full. Put the pitcher with milk in it under the wand. Be sure that the wand touches the bottom.
