If you’re trying to slim down, there’s some basics that everyone can follow. Cut down on simple carbohydrates and sugar. Most people think since carbs and sugar do not have fat in them, then they’re not fattening. This is completely false, carbs, as well as fats, can cause weight gain. So cut down on both. And get some good exercise. If you can’t do anything strenuous, start with walking or some type of yoga. And last but not least, drink lots of water.
