How to Roll Sushi?

Using a bamboo mat covered in plastic wrap, place seaweed on top of the plastic wrap. Spoon about a half cup of prepared rice over one half of the seaweed sheet. Add the other desired fillings in the center of the rice. Starting with the rice covered edge, roll up the sheets jelly-roll style. Moisten the seaweed with water and press to seal. Cut each roll into eight or more pieces. For easier cutting, place the sharp blade into hot water before cutting and use a gentle sawing motion to cut through. For more information see here:
