How to Roast Turkey?

To roast a turkey start with a fresh turkey and tie the legs together and tuck back the wings. Rub the turkey all over, and under the skin, with butter. Then rub the turkey with your favorite turkey seasoning. Roast the turkey according to its size. A 10 to 18 lb. turkey will take 3 to 3.5 hours in a 325 degree oven.
