How to Roast Peppers in the Oven?

To roast a red pepper in the broiler of your oven, place the pepper on a cooking sheet and set broiler for high. This method will require you to watch the peppers closely. When one side turns black and chars, turn the pepper. Continue until the pepper is completely black. Place peppers in a brown paper bag to cool for 15 minutes. The skins will easily peel off the pepper. Cut them up and enjoy in your favorite foods.
