Roasting a beef roast is fairly simple and requires very few ingredients. You will simply need to place the beef into a pot with a can of beef stock then add a few dashes of Italian seasoning to the meat and to the broth. Then add some onions, garlic, and some salt and pepper to the meat and broth. Cover the pot and simmer it for several hours depending upon how large the roast is. You can then slice it and make sandwiches out of the roast, or serve it with other side dishes.
