The easiest way to roast a red pepper is either in the oven or on a grill. Place the pepper on a cooking sheet and place in the boiler of your oven on high, or over medium-high heat on the grill. Both methods will require you to watch carefully and turn often. When one side turns black and chars, turn the pepper. Continue until all side are black and chared. Remove from heat and place in a paper bag and let rest for about 15 minutes. Once they have rested the skins will peel off easily and you are ready cut them and enjoy.
