How to Roast a Pig in the Ground?

To cook a pig in the ground, first dig a hole that is one foot larger in every direction of the pig and three feet deep. Line the pit with stones, or bricks if you plan to use again and buld a fire with lots of hot coals. Wrap the pig in burlap bags to make a damp surface or aluminum foil to separate the meat from the coals. Cooking time is about 12 hours.
