How to Prevent Gas?

Although gas or flatulence cannot be totally prevented, there are a few precautions one can take in hopes of decreasing the chances of floating the occasional air biscuit. Foods such as broccoli, beans, cabbage and cauliflower are some of the top gas producers. Either avoid these foods, or take an over the counter gas relief product prior to consuming them.
