How to Poach Eggs?

Eggs are a high source of protein. To poach eggs we will need some boiling water, few drops of lemon juice and a deep pan. In the pan let the water boil, when the water’s boiling add a few drops of lemon to it, crack the eggs in the water and let them cook for a good 4 minutes. You will see the water boiling over the eggs. Be very careful in getting the eggs out of the pan as they are very soft. Enjoy with fresh crushed pepper and salt.
