To motivate is to find ways for people to succeed and do their best. To motivate you should get to know each of your employees to know what drives them to succeed. Then you can try different motivation tools. If some employee are competitive you may try a friendly competition. You may just try some VERY positive critique on the work that are doing. You may try setting goals and the first one to reach that goal will get a prize. These are just a few different ideas you can try. Pretty soon you will see great things from your employees.
