How to Microwave An Egg?

One way to microwave an egg is to melt one tsp of butter or margarine (per egg) in a glass measuring cup. Mix in one egg, whip with a fork and add one tbsp of milk. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, stirring midway through. Remove from microwave and flip out the egg. Makes a nice round shape, great for on a biscuit or a muffin!
